We are looking for an experienced people manager who has a strong track record of leading a small, full-time team alongside managing a large pool of casual staff, ideally within large-scale events such as festivals, stadiums or other high-volume environments.

This is a growing, fast-paced business who is looking for someone to take the lead and have full responsibility for the casual staffing operations including onboarding, training and scheduling. 

The ideal candidate will come from a hospitality, events or similar high-volume environment, with proven experience recruiting and managing large numbers of casual staff. Strong organisational skills, confident leadership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.

This is a full-time role based in a Central London office 4 days a week with the expectation of travelling to sites around the UK on a regular basis.  Please note, you will be required to work weekends and evenings in this role.

We're looking for an experienced CREATIVE PRODUCER to shape the ideas, stories and content behind large-scale corporate conferences, expos and incentive experiences.

In this role, you will own the creative journey (whilst collaborating with SLT) from concept, narrative and mood boards to scripts, decks, speakers and the live show. You'll collaborate with brilliant project and production teams, external partners and clients to make ambitious ideas happen. No two days are the same in this role - one moment you'll be working on a smaller design brief, the next a large scale event; so we are looking for someone who enjoys variety!

For this role, we are looking for a CP with a sharp design eye and the confidence to challenge a brief. You'll be calm when the pressure rises, commercially savvy and equally happy in a pitch room or backstage.

Our fantastic experiential/ events agency client (who works with seriously cool brands!) is looking to grow their team by recruiting an experienced Project Manager. With this, you will be owning your own projects; from client brief, through the creative process, managing logistics and being a key person onsite to see the vision come to life! Events are mostly UK based, but there's no stopping this agency and there's plenty of exciting developments on the horizon. So we are looking for someone who embraces change!

Experience within a similar environment (experiential/ brand events agency) is essential. Salary guide is £35-40k DOE.

We are searching for an Account Director with experience leading pharmaceutical/ healthcare accounts, to join our growing agency client! With this role, you'll be this client's key point of contact, whilst working closely with the projects team to ensure incredible delivery of the international events portfolio. Additionally you'll be leading on all elements of client servicing including account planning, growth, strategy, reporting etc.

This agency loves face to face and the benefits of this; therefore the team are office based. Salary on offer for this great AD role is £65-75k + great benefits.

Must haves for this role are:

 -      End to end agency experience (to include conferences)

• Delegate management experience (ideally Cvent for at least 300+ attendees)
• Ability to work in West Sussex 3 days a week
• Circa 5/6 years experience in the events industry with a willingness to travel globally

Their hybrid policy is 3 days a week in the office.

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Yard Manager to join an established design and build company who deliver bespoke projects for an enviable list of clients in the events world. The company provides full scale fit outs including customized hard-walling, fabrication, furniture, staging, lighting etc within a design consultancy framework.

Given the specialist materials and services the company provides it is seeking an individual familiar with such an environment. This role will work closely with Project Managers on the individual requirements of each job to manage the specification, including build oversight. Candidates will therefore have an understanding of scenic (basic wood working), fabrication and finishing (painting). Candidates should also be experienced in managing stock in a warehouse capacity including regular maintenance of equipment and materials where appropriate.

This is a full time position based at the company's offices in the beautiful Hampshire/Sussex borders. In the main working hours will be 8am-5pm Mon to Fri with the occasional requirement to be on site for event delivery.

Candidates will possess a full UK drivers license and ideally a forklift drivers license.

You will take real ownership of a varied and dynamic events portfolio-from intimate breakfast roundtables to high-profile corporate dinners and forums.

In this role, you'll lead end-to-end delivery of around 15 events each year, working closely with venues, suppliers, speakers and internal teams to ensure every detail is spot on. You'll have the freedom to bring your ideas, creativity and organisational flair to each project, while playing a key part in how they engage and connect their diverse community of private equity and venture capital members. If you enjoy juggling multiple projects and building strong relationships you'll fit right in.

We are looking for circa 3 - 5 years events experience withing the corporate or association sector. You will have strong project management skills, excellent communication, and a sharp eye for detail. Being a strong communicator is key as you will be dealing with multiple stakeholders at every level and you will ideally have line management experience too as there is 1 x direct line report into this role (an events assistant). You'll be supported by an encouraging team (8 in the events team) and a culture built on inclusivity, collaboration and continuous improvement.
