Digital Event Project Manager
Salary: £35,000-£45,000 (DOE)

for you! Our agency client is hiring for a Digital Project Manager
to help them deliver exceptional in-person, hybrid and virtual
events for a diverse client base. If you're excited by the
intersection of live events and technology, and thrive in
fast-paced environments where no two projects are the same, this
could be your next move.
This role will see you lead the build and delivery of event
registration sites, apps and digital tools, while also managing
timelines, budgets, suppliers and client relationships. From
interpreting briefs and scoping technical requirements, to delegate
management, onsite delivery and post-event reporting, you'll own
the digital element of events from start to finish.
You'll be client-facing, detail-driven and tech-savvy, confident
juggling multiple projects at once and adapting quickly. Experience
with platforms like Cvent, Swoogo or similar is key, along with a
solid understanding of event logistics, data, GDPR and stakeholder
management. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and
external partners to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
